Clare Twiddy is a Vancouver-based artist blending pop, rock, and R&B into cinematic, emotionally driven songs. Through surreal, witchy visuals, she explores every corner of the human experience with the soul of an optimist.

 

Before launching her solo career, Clare was the lead singer of Raincity, performing hundreds of shows and festivals across North America. She collaborated with Rare Americans across their RA2 album, including "Knives, Guns, and Bed," which has amassed more than 1.8 million YouTube views.

In 2021, Clare released her debut singles, including New Devastation, which earned a sync placement with Volkswagen. Her Creative BC-funded debut album, NOPE (2023), has since surpassed 130K streams and marked the beginning of a more personal chapter of her artistry.

Clare released her Creative BC-funded sophomore album, Midnight Witch in October 2026. The 10-track album explores the messy reality of losing yourself, confronting your shadows and slowly finding your way back home.

The album caps a year with seven singles and three music videos, with videos surpassing 114K views. Among them is “Love Is Dead,” which features her performing at a burning piano. Her festival appearances include Phillips Backyard Music Festival and Barnside Harvest Festival. With an acoustic EP still to come, this is her most ambitious year yet.
